What’s in a Name?

The unmarked line in an equestrian event (dressage) arena halfway between the centerline (middle of the arena) and the border of the ring. Accurately riding the Quarterline requires precision, focus and a partnership with the horse. It also requires balance and the ability to maneuver independently without reliance on obvious markers.

In choosing a name, the company’s founders – horse enthusiasts – agreed that the name QuarterLine referenced the focus and harnessing of power into a precise, controlled and graceful movement. In the same way, we are creating a different kind of company, one that leverages the individual strengths of our people – creating an entrepreneurial environment, but maintaining a careful balance and focus to ensure top quality results and a positive impact on our customers, partners, and the industry.
